While the contents was given to the addressee. On obverse rubberstamp in black ink “T”-in-inverted-triangle taxed for 1.50THB and UDON THANI cds dated 5.4.19 with rubberstamp in violet “Received back on 9 APR 2519”. Fine. F.(1)"
