"1940 Military Stampless Cover - Cover originated from Department of Chief of Staff sent to Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Defence. It was received on 7 June 1940 at 09.35 A.M., then opened and sealed by military red label and re-direct to Royal Thai Navy. Royal Thai navy received on same date at 15.00 P.M. then opened and sealed by blue label and re-direct to Royal Thai Army. This cover was opened 3 times and sealed by red, blue and red label respectively. Very interesting. Inspection suggested. F.(1)"

F.(2) Note: In May 1942 Thai annexed part of Burma(British control) Chiang Tung and Pan to be part of Saharat Thai Derm 1942-1946, after WWII the territory was returned to Burma with British rule.
